Open Source Software runs the world.

Modern software development couldn't be what it is now without open source software. Now it's time to give back to the community and help the people and projects that help you build your business!

Turku Gives Back challenges local software companies to spend half a day (or a full day!) on February 2nd to contribute to open source in the spirit of Github's Open Source Friday.

Turku Gives Back is a non-profit project run by Turku <3 Frontend

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We wrote a quick guide for companies willing to participate.

1) Register here. We'll add your company logo to contributor page.

2) Book time on Friday Feb 2nd for your developers, designers and technical writers to contribute on the open source projects they value.

3) After the day, report your contributions here. We'll gather all the contributions to this website to share with the world.
